ReactALL, co-developed with Pfizer, is an innovative benchtop multi-reactor system equipped with both novel automatic sampling and overhead stirring functions, making it ideal for medium throughput experiments. This cutting-edge device is specially designed to meet the needs of screening and optimizing chemical reactions, including route scouting and process development and optimization. Due to its medium throughput capability, it allows testing with small amounts of raw materials and reagents. The sampling mechanism can perform up to 18 samples during testing, while the stirring mechanism can suspend solids without grinding them, anticipating actual manufacturing needs. Additionally, an integrated camera allows for monitoring and profiling of particle size and shape, effectively addressing uneven reactions. All of this is achieved using Techobis's SmartCap technology, utilizing standard vials with a reaction volume of 5 to 10 mL. Furthermore, this SmartCap technology ensures that solvent loss during a 20-hour test under heating conditions remains within 10%, providing a highly airtight structure.
